Becoming an Online Account Holder gives you full access to all the products we offer via your own online portal login, access to our branding service and the benefit of having 14 days to pay with an automatic 5% discount off your purchases (excludes Branding).
You also get the added bonus of having your own online personalised catalogue, which, with your input, we will create so that all your chosen clothing / PPE items can be found in one place. New items can be added at any time. Ordering is easy, and yes, we would absolutely show you how this all works before you start😊.
We are more than happy to exchange any full-priced item if you choose the wrong size, but unfortunately, we do not refund just because you have changed your mind.

Yes, we do! We are really pleased to support a Local Branding Partner – Embroidery Lab, who helps take care of all our branding work for our Business Customers.
Great Embroidery & Transfers start with a Professionally Digitised File and we use a trusted Digitiser to ensure we get the best result we can for you:
All we need from you is a high-quality PDF / JPEG or PNG File of your logo.
There is an initial $60.00+gst one-off set up fee charged and this covers professional digitising of your embroidery file /heat transfer file.
There is a minimum charge of $10.00+gst for each embroidered logo and this charge is based on the stitch count.
There is a minimum charge of $9.00+gst for each heat transferred logo and this charge is based on the size of your logo.
If you are embroidering your garments, please note that there is an additional small run fee of $13.04+gst if you are branding less than 6 items with the same logo.
This additional fee does not apply, however, if you are heat pressing your logo.
